Atelier St. Thomas Arts Foundation, dba 81C Arts, is a multidisciplinary arts and education organization based in Charlotte Amalie, U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition to a contemporary art gallery space, 81C Arts operates across multiple locations, including an education center focused on youth enrichment in the Camille Pissarro House. 81C Arts offers year-round exhibitions, workshops, and youth enrichment programs. Initiatives like Expression Through the Arts, the Art Exhibition Program, and the Artist Dialogues Series provide meaningful access to art experiences while fostering conceptual thinking, creativity, and critical decision-making through engagement with emerging and professional artists, and the community.

The organization was founded in 2017, three years before 81C opened its doors to the public in historic Charlotte Amalie at a flagship location on Strand Gade.
